Usability testing of initial user interface design of Nakhon Si Thammarat National Museum website

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the initial user interface design of the Nakhon Si Thammarat National Museum website by using usability testing. The initial interface was developed by applying social information access features so that users could exchange ideas and knowledge in a virtual community. The quantitative and qualitative data are collected by using questionnaires, interviews etc. The results find that the interface is well organized and that some of the social features are useful. The participants' recommendations are also included.
